Terms and Conditions

Last updated: October 18, 2026

These terms apply when you use texodus.tech or buy services from Texodus Inc. (“Texodus”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order, booking a call or using our software, you agree to them. If you are buying for a company, you confirm you can agree on its behalf.

1. Who we are

Texodus Inc. is a company registered in [State], United States, at [company address], with our team based in Islamabad, Pakistan. You can reach us at faizan@texodus.tech or on WhatsApp at +92 302 9811396.

2. Our services

We provide search engine optimisation (SEO), AI and workflow automation, website and web app development, custom software, server and network management, and TexVentory, our point-of-sale software. What each package includes is described on our pricing page or in the written quote we send you. If a quote and these terms disagree, the quote wins.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in US dollars and do not include taxes, which are added where the law requires.
  • Card payments are processed by our payment providers, such as Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • One-time packages are paid in full at checkout unless your quote sets out a different payment schedule.
  • Third-party costs, such as domains, premium plugins, paid APIs or advertising budgets, are not included unless your package says so.

4. Monthly and yearly plans

  • SEO plans, managed automation and TexVentory Monthly and Yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period, using the payment method on file.
  • You can cancel any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancelling stops the next renewal. The current period is not refunded (see our refund policy).
  • We will tell you at least 30 days before changing the price of an active plan.

5. How projects work

  • You agree to give us the content, logins and feedback we need, on time. Delays on your side may move delivery dates.
  • Timelines we give are good-faith estimates, not guarantees.
  • Each package includes the revisions it lists. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before we start it.
  • You are responsible for having the rights to everything you send us, including text, images, logos and data.

6. Results

Search engines, ad platforms and AI providers control their own systems and change them often. We work to industry best practice and report honestly, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or revenue.

7. Ownership

  • Once you have paid in full, you own the website content, designs and custom code we create specifically for you.
  • We keep ownership of our own tools, templates, know-how and reusable code (for example our page builder), and give you a permanent licence to use them as part of what we delivered.
  • TexVentory is licensed, not sold. Your plan gives you the right to use it for your business while the plan is active (or permanently, for Lifetime). Your business data in TexVentory stays yours.
  • We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

8. Confidentiality

We keep your business information confidential and only use it to deliver your services. This does not apply to information that is already public or that the law requires us to disclose.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use our services or software for anything illegal, to send spam, to infringe others’ rights, or to try to break into or overload our systems. We may suspend services that are being misused.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data you could have backed up. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Ending the work

Either side may end ongoing work with written notice. You pay for work done up to that point. We may end services straight away if invoices go unpaid after a reminder, or if these terms are seriously broken.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not affect orders already placed.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [State], United States. Disputes go to the courts of [State/County], unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them locally.
