Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 18, 2026

This policy explains what personal information Texodus Inc. collects through texodus.tech and our services, why, and what you can do about it. We collect only what we need, and we do not sell your personal information.

Who is responsible

Texodus Inc., registered in [State], United States, at [company address], is responsible for your information. Contact us at faizan@texodus.tech.

What we collect

  • Quote and contact form: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number (optional), the service you are interested in, and your message.
  • Booking a call: the details you enter in our Google Calendar booking page.
  • Orders and accounts: your name, email, billing address, phone (optional), order history and, if you create one, your account login. Card details go directly to our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
  • Newsletter: your email address and the date you signed up.
  • Conversations: what you send us by email, WhatsApp or phone.
  • Technical data: our hosting provider records basic request data, such as IP address and browser type, for security and to keep the site running.

How we use it

  • To reply to you, send quotes and deliver the services you buy.
  • To take payments, send receipts and keep the records the law requires.
  • To send our newsletter, if you signed up. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
  • To keep the site secure and stop spam and fraud.

If you are in the EU or UK, our legal bases are: performing a contract with you, our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries and running a secure business, your consent (newsletter), and legal obligations (tax records).

Who we share it with

We use trusted providers who process data on our behalf:

  • Hostinger: website hosting and our newsletter (Hostinger Reach).
  • Google: email for enquiries (Gmail), call booking (Google Calendar) and the fonts on this site (Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads).
  • Stripe and other payment providers: card payments.
  • WhatsApp (Meta): if you message us there.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights. We never sell personal information or share it for advertising.

International transfers

Our team works from Pakistan and our company and providers are in the United States and other countries. Your information may be processed outside your country. We use providers that protect it with standard safeguards.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not become projects: up to 2 years.
  • Client and order records: as long as tax and accounting law requires (usually up to 7 years).
  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

Cookies

We use only the cookies the site needs to work: shopping cart and checkout cookies, login cookies if you have an account, and a small setting in your browser that remembers light or dark mode. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop us using it for the newsletter. California residents have the right to know what we collect and to ask us to delete it; we do not sell or share personal information as defined by California law. EU and UK residents can also object to processing, ask for a copy in a portable format, and complain to their data protection authority. Email faizan@texodus.tech and we will reply within 30 days.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

Security

We use HTTPS across the site, limit who can access client data, and keep our systems updated. No system is perfectly secure, so please tell us straight away if you think your information has been exposed.

Changes

We will update this page if our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
