Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with what you buy from Texodus. This policy explains when you can get your money back. It is part of our terms and conditions.
Websites, web apps and AI builds (one-time packages)
- Before work starts: cancel and get a full refund.
- After work starts: you pay for the work completed so far, and we refund the rest. If we cannot deliver what was agreed, we refund the part we did not deliver.
- After delivery: once you approve the finished work, or 14 days after delivery if we have not heard from you, the package is not refundable. You still get the revisions your package includes.
Automation audit
Fully refundable until we start reviewing your workflows. After that, it is not refundable, because the audit work is done for you specifically.
SEO plans and managed automation (monthly)
- Cancel any time. Cancelling stops the next payment.
- The month you have already paid for is not refunded, because the work for it is already under way. You keep everything delivered that month.
TexVentory POS
- Free trial: every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, so you can try it before paying.
- Monthly and Yearly: cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Partial periods are not refunded.
- Lifetime: ask within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, it is not refundable.
How to ask for a refund
Email faizan@texodus.tech with your order number and the reason. We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take 5 to 10 working days to show it.
Disputes
If something has gone wrong, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. Most problems are fixed faster by talking to us directly.
